Up and Up Moving helped us with an 80-mile move of some treasured furniture items. They handled and packed conscientiously and all of the items arrived without damage. Mateo was quick to get back to us for scheduling and easy to deal with. Pricing was fair I highly recommend the business to others.

Chris & Sergio were awesome movers. They worked quickly, but carefully. They got my mother moved in no time & were a sight for sore eyes, after the many cancellations from other companies. They had all the materials needed & broke down & put up the bedroom furniture. They moved a couch in a very awkward position from the 2nd floor & never gave up. They were the dynamic duo. I would definitely hire them again!

Students With Muscle Moving is a great service! I cannot say enough positive about it. My contact for information and scheduling the move time was Matteo. He was responsive and professional, and assured me that there would be no problems. Coming off of a terrible (!!!) experience with movers in New York, I was worried.I was contacted the day prior to the move to confirm and to discuss a few details. Emmanuel and Anthony were professional and even helped with some of the problems caused by improper loading on the NY end of the move. They were everything that Matteo said they would be. They were so good that now that we need to do another move, I have already contacted them. Thank you for providing a reliable, professional service. I highly recommend them!

Really great moving experience! Super calm, despite navigating my 3 story walk up on a steep hill in San Francisco. They handled my furniture with care and were meticulous in protecting my antiques. Great communication and guidelines beforehand. Would book again!

I got a great quote from the scheduler, Edie, and when I had a question about them being able to help me move my freestanding punching bag, she had the owner, Matteo, give me a call directly. They addressed all my questions, and were very professional. They sent me documents to read so I knew what to expect, and continued to answer questions as I had them. On the day of, my two movers actually were able to show up early and made things run very smoothly. They also were able to help me assemble some of the Ikea furniture I'd bought but not yet assembled. Both movers were really nice and professional, and I have to give a shoutout especially to Israel (hope I'm spelling his name correctly), as he was really friendly and reassuring as well. He made me feel very comfortable, like he was a friend who was helping me move - but a friend who's a professional and knows what he's doing. In the end, he even offered to take the cardboard boxes of stuff I'd unpacked and the Ikea boxes too! I highly recommend this company!

Our busy home staging company used Up and Up to pack and move several of our staged homes. Their crew is a pleasure to work with - they show up on time and work quickly. Plus, they are truck packing ninjas! They fit everything in one truck every time saving us multiple trips. Their prices are reasonable and scheduling is easy. Matteo is super responsive and has accommodated us with short notice many times. We will use them for all our future moving needs and you should too!

This company is great at what they do and really nice folx as well! I messaged them over facebook asking if they could come and clear out some patio furniture for me and I got a response within the hour! They came out 2 days later at a time that was convenient for me and did the job efficiently, and carefully. Paul and Devon were the movers that came to help me out and they were really nice guys! The price was great. the service was better than any other I have used and I will definitely be using these guys for all of my moving needs!

TL;DR - Warm, professional, and FAST. So good we doubled their tip! Wow, I'm really blown away by the level of customer service, professionalism, and warmth that Jesús and Alfonso showed us while moving our things! First, they showed up exactly when they said they would and while we'd planned to ask them only to move our big items, they told us it was no problem for them to take some of the luggage and bags that we'd packed. Jesús and Alfonso did a great job of wrapping items that needed it and were very careful when moving our things, which we deeply appreciated. Further, Jesús and Alfonso were very fast! They were able to get the truck packed (including the time it took to wrap some items) and unloaded at our new place just under the 3 hour mark, which was great. Yes, for our contract there was a 3 hour minimum, but honestly it was just about 3 hours anyway. In any case, I'd planned on tipping them each as I have with every moving company I've hired, but given that they were such warm, friendly people and did such a great job, my partner and I both agreed that we should double their tip. If I have to move again in East Bay, I'm definitely hiring Up and Up again, no question.

A friend recommended Up & Up Moving based on her family's recent & great moving experience with them. I hired Up & Up for a move from Oakland to Long Beach. I really appreciated that their team could guarantee a delivery date while we spoke on the phone before the move. Several larger moving companies could only give me a 3-5 day delivery window. Brandon and team were prompt, friendly and all about efficiency. I appreciated the team's hard work and dedication to getting the job done fast and well. I am very happy that I went with Up and Up Moving and Storage! I highly recommend this moving company.
